Delivery
Packages are usually dispatched within 2 – 4 working days after receipt of payment is received (excluding Saturday & Sunday). An e-mail of notification with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped.
Tracking
On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation via e-mail with your carrier information and tracking number.
All national parcels are sent through a private courier company which is responsible for the parcel during the time in transit until it is delivered to you.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of the objects and their fragile nature we ensure that the goods are securely and carefully packed in special boxes prior to delivery.
In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us within 24 hrs. Photographic proof of breakage or damage will be requested.
In case for other reasons refund please contact us within 2 days.
All goods have to be refunded in unused condition and in the original, undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality). Refunds will not include the original postage & handling costs.
Allow us up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed and we will send you a notification e-mail regarding the status of your refund.
Refunded goods are requested to send via Registered Post, to ensure the goods can be traced.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned product(s).
Please keep in mind that every item you purchase is unique and it may be possible that we cannot be able to replace it, in this case we either provide full refund (does not include postage costs) or you have the ability to choose another item of the same price.
Please note that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
Also note: special or custom made orders cannot be returned.
